Jean Yves Peron is the guy in the Savoie. Reviving ancient winemaking techniques, and much forgotten grapes indigenous to the area, these wines truly speak of place. At Master you will find La Petit Robe, and Cotillon Des Dames, both expressions of the white grape, Jacquere, with skin maceration adding texture and spice to the clean mandarin flavours and acidity. Limited quantities of this stuff in the country, so get it while its hot!
